              im irish..proud of it.....im also canadian and proud of it...but if someones asks me what nationality i am.....before i biff them one for being nosy i say irish.........i will always be irish first and foremost.

                  i read an article yesterday that pissed me off...it was about irish names...saying..since americans and foreigners in general find it difficult to pronounce irish names should they be Anglicized..im still steaming mad...the country was given away with the european votes.....its become part of the united states of europe and god knows where else..and now they want to anglicize irish names....FFFFFF them i say

                          Me neither till i moved beside these odd people about 20 years ago here i. Toronto trish.....were european they told us, but never would commit to saying exactly where they were from....we figured austria based on things they said over the years and we were right in part but it wasnt till the husband died recently we discovered he was actually german and she is from romania ..thing were now curious about is why when he was alive didnt he want to admit being german
