look for FN key mine is bottom row and one in from left

When mine went like that I typed Fn+F11 and it corrected itself

sometimes the FN button is pressed along with the num locks also

sorry folks i have now spotted another problem .when trying to put... at... when entering e/mail address this is what im getting " just two dots (lines) once again any help

i find if i hold the shift key and press 2 it works

wonder if you checked what language the keyboard is set to would it help
Start, control panel, clock/region/language
change keyboard language
