  • Problem viewing videos

    I mentioned this before, and someone suggested something but I can't remember what! I have no trouble viewing videos on youtube, watching itv player etc, but I can't get a picture on the forum.....only sound.......only since I got this new laptop.....any suggestions?

          Tried it using the normal desktop instead of the Start Screen.....didn't work either.

                          Go to windows icon down the bottom left of screen. on menu click control panel
                          then network and internet then go over to delete history and cookies and look for delete cookies. I have to go out for a while but I'll be back later

                            top right of the page there is usually an icon like a cog just under the red x
                            when you click on it then go to internet options, you can delete from there
