I hear that RTE Player is now Internationally accessable. My brother watches RTE from the US. He even has access to the RTE archives now.

Let's know how you get on with it. And if you have no luck I'll ask him how he does it. All I'm certain of is he doesn't use any of the usual tricks (hiding IP etc) he just tunes in.
