I use a SWRL card which is accepted on all sites. Its a credit card that you top up when required.

If you're buying something on eBay it will talk you through opening a Paypal account.

you dont need a credit card for paypal you can use your bank account numbers fitzy and they are very very safe.......if ya need help i'll get willie to help ya on facebook

ed ive dealt with them for probably more than 7 years and never had an issue honestly and always felt my information was safe and secure..

Helen;They are the same as every big institution.A couple of years ago,I discovered that after I bought a Camera for our son in Thailand,I had a problem with them.Marie discovered that' someone had been using my card number to get porn,and education improvement stuff.She called Visa,and they
blocked usage,but I had already been stung for $700.They stopped payment on anything else.I got a notice from paypal saying I had not payed a bill.The bank sent me an email stating the facts,and that my account was not in arrears,but Paypal didn't recognise.Despite repeated offers to reactivate my card,the refused me when I tried to buy something.So I simply told them to fcuk off.I don't need them.

ugh.....that sucks..ive had usage on both my credit card and debit card that wasnt mine...but it didnt come via paypal.......the credit card stuff was funny......i used the card in one of those old swipe only garages getting gas and within an hour...id apparently booked two hotels....one in florida, one in calif....gotten a massage, and booked a pedicure in brooklin lol....and made a couple of calls to hong kong from some place in the south.....i just laughed cos it was so obviously card fraud..but it took a lota explaining to visa that i couldnt be in all these places at the same time when i was probably still just puttin the top on my gas tank in whitby hehe they credited it all back and i got a new card...dopes

I have never dealt with paypal as I never have bought anything online that I needed it for..........but, I have never heard anything bad said about it......
