Smells that remind me of christmas

Ahhh smells , the essence of life. I love the smell of :-

1) Christmas trees especially with the "snow" (Lux flakes beaten up in water).
2) Roasted Turkey and baked Limerick ham.
3) Believe it or not ... Brussels sprouts, my Christmas dinner is not complete without a good helping of smelly brussel sprouts.
4) Cognac and Brandy have a Christmas smell of their own.
5) The smell of "NEW" stuff, cloths, toys and wrapping.
6) The smell of the smoke of a good turf fire and the warmth it gives off after Midnight Mass.
7) The smell if incense that often accompanied midnight mass.
8) The pubs seem to exude a special smell of their own around Christmas, excitement, noise, chatter and spilled booze like whiskey and such.
9) The after smell when you share a Christmas cracker around the table.
10) The lovely steamy smell of bread and onion stuffing as it comes out of the turkey.
11) The smell of boot polish as you shine your shoes for Christmas.

I'm coming over all nostalgic now, sniffle !
