Free vists to OPW sites first wednesday of every month 2011

Entry to some OPW sites will be free on the first wednesday of the month for 2011. Some are normally free anyway but worth checking out. The Dublin locations are listed as:

Took advantage of this today by going to Kilmainham Jail with my grandaughter. Was speaking to one of the guides and he said while they are always busy he had never seen so many Dubs/Irish there on a given day, roll on next first Wednesday, will be better prepared! Great initiative
