Is this all it's made out to be?

The 99 offer is introductory - what happens next year?

Also it's only in certain parts of the city.....only if it's worth there while to pick up in your area....it looks like the usual to good to be true offers

You just be careful with all that rubbish(pardon the pun)
We have that over here in many places and its good when it starts but as you say what happens NEXT yr?
Down by mkm they contracted out(thats what we call it) the snow removal for the schools and everything was all right untill a bunch of major snowstorms and the wanker company who were contracted didnt have the men(as they had under cut the other guys) to do the job/
End result? other PRIVATE contractors who charged through the nose and all the savings were gone.
Bad idea as they all under cut each other.
Stick with the city workers who have their share of wasters but at least you know what you are getting.
Mail men contracted out? they cant read and constantly put the mail in the wrong boxes.
Garbage companies that hire people who are totally not with it?

We can bring the garbage to these privately run,not owned, garbage dumps and THEY charge US to dump our garbage in our OWN landfill sites.
Keep to hell away from private companies and pay the city workers a syou at least know what you are getting.
Ther, i,m done.
