I'm afraid that was just church propaganda. An inner ciy saint... it would have been a mint for the church.

But gradually as people lost their piety and fear of the church they began to speak out and the truth started to emerge.

He is so important that when the pope was here his popemobile drove blithly past the chapel holding Talbots remains.

It is true - I have been away far longer than when I lived in dublin but have never and will never forget my roots.

He is still blessed so not a saint. So maybe I can be blessed too and the rest of us on this forum, including Cammo!!!
