  • More privicy being eroded .

On the Joe Duffy radio show today it was revealed by callers to the show that they have received letters from their banks that all their details will be submitted to the Central Bank ..... then all other banks / credit unions will have access to all your information [ loans of under 500 Euro will not be recorded ] , it even goes as far as to record H/P purchase's , now apparently this is a directive from ECB and IMF ........to which the Government have no qualms about doing ........what the fuck is going on .

    P.S.
This kicked-in in June of this year , but letters only received 4/5 months down the road .

Not been notified yet myself , anyone here received one ....and if so what's your view on it .

It's all your financial affairs with your bank , being opened up to other banks which you have nothing to do with what so ever , but yet all your financial comings and goings will be laid bare .

The Irish Credit Bureau always held this information... does this mean that the ICB will just fade away.
