  • Old B&W Photos of Dublin - Part 2

The original thread has been split due to its size. Super sized threads can cause database issues.
10,000 posts is the practical limit for a thread so we have split off and closed the original thread at that point.

Please continue posting your photographs and comments on this thread.
The original thread will remain viewable here - Old B&W Photos of Dublin - Part 1

By popular request this thread is reserved for B&W photos.
Coloured photos will be welcomed in this thread. Old Coloured Photos of Dublin

    Regards - The Mod Team

Ongoing credit is due to MKM for starting the original thread.

Old Photos of Dublin - Part 2

I know this has been posted umpteen times but

Why was this part of the street destroyed? Greed of course
Was the building in rag order? Absolutely not
Did it look a fine sight? Yes,just look at it.

Anyone here old enough to remember this building or street before the bank?
