While in hospital I'm discovering things. For instance while trying to have a sleep after a sleepless night I've discovered there seems to be people that must speak in a roar. Just as I was drifting off one of the care assistants voice startled me. Seems he can't speak below a shout. I always thought hospital staff speak quietly. Am I being too much of a grump? What's your complaint this Good Friday morning?

I have worked in hospitals all over the UK most of my life. My two overnight stays as a patient was a very pleasant experience...
My first overnight stay was in Shepton Mallet ( 5 minutes walk from where they hold the Glastonbury music festival) NHS treatment Centre, a private hospital that does work for the NHS..Most of the staff there Polish and I was the first patient to arrive at the new facilities...A very pleasant experience (11 days) and I had many discussions with my surgeon, mainly about the history of the Cossacks...Here Rex!!!...Here Rex!!!.....Wuff!!!....... Wuff!!!
