Currys, very happy with the order process, I ordered a small kitchen item on Friday online, wanted to go collect but it was only for delivery, got an email shortly after to say it was being despatched, a tracking number was provided and on Saturday I could see it had arrived in Athlone, there are 8 enteries on the tracking and this morning I got an email and a text to say it would be delivered between 9.07 and 10.07 and giving the drivers name, it arrived at 9.33 drivery was lovely and polite, and I then received an email with a photo of the delivery, that made me LOL my dressing gown from waist down and my crocks I am nw going to make red lentil tofu with my new ninja blender/smoothie maker my old blender is about 30 years old and leaks liquid but is still working and I use it to make peanut butter

An Post second delivery, this one took from 10th to travel from Europe but just one day for An Post to deliver once it arrived in Ireland, notice that it would be delivered today and it came at 12.51 again very nice polite delivery person, paid 5 euro delivery but could have done express for about 15 euro for next day

Choice Store Ashbourne, online order is very easy, email notice when items are ready to collect, and very nice staff bring it to the car, use this for willowwarm logs and kiln dried wood and drive to collect as the car needs a run to keep battery going over winter next year may try delivery of the kiln dried wood in a crate

Purchased a Record Player last November from Amazon , a Christmas Present for my grandson .....My daughter was telling me this morning that it hasn't been working properly since he got it and he didn't like to say anything to me about it.....looked up my order to Amazon and it said returns up until 31st January ...so I wasn't to confident about getting a refund or a new player. Got on to Amazon and explained what happened.....they told me to send it back free of charge.....and they will refund the money to my credit card .....no questions asked ....Well Done Amazon

excellent result, I only ever had one issue with them, I had a gift delivered to my grand daughter, it said delivered and I messaged to ask how was it, they were in the house and no delivery, they asked all neighbours and no delivery, they refunded me but asked that I return the items when they arrived!! I asked them how were the items going to arrive when they were missing in transit and they had no answer to that

Never had a problem with them on getting refunds or replacements ....but seeing this was 2 months passed the refund date I wasn't expecting a refund

I think the warranty should be at least a year, and they know if there has been issues with an item

Just back from Power City ..... mens head shaver all bits and pieces included [ 3 year warranty ] ....... only 20 smack-a-roos ...... thanks very much , to have it done in the barbers wouldn't be to much off that price .
