      Quitting cigarettes is definitely one of the hardest things I’ve dealt with. Even after a long break, the urge can pop up again when life gets tough. I had the same experience as some of you, thinking I was totally done, then stress or just routine spots would bring back the cravings out of nowhere. What helped me a lot was switching to vaping, and honestly it was the only way I finally managed to stop buying cigarettes at the shop.

      I’m using my Oxva Xlim Pro 2 setup now and it hits just right when I want something in my hands, but feels way less harsh than smoking ever did.

          I smoked 40 a day for 60 years
          My first 5 years or so, not so many;
          I stopped them on the 4th December 2017 but took up vaping which I still do.
          I didn't really have a choice as the surgeon told me that doing a by pass & fitting a new valve was pointless if kept smoking.
          He did the surgery on the 19th of June 2018 when he was happy I was off them yet didn't have problem with the vaping.
          The government really screwed it this year though, by more than doubling the price with Tax.
