Piece on the radio at the moment regards people stopping to record , what type of person dose it take to stop and record such a horrible situation ...... have they no filter at all .

it would seem that mobile phones have taken away some peoples filters happened at Finglas/Ashbourne M50 in that horrific accident where a person was killed in a horrific way, people actually stopped to use phones, when I see an accident on road or motorway I keep my eyes on the road ahead but all the traffic slows down to have a look
