Residents of the Garvaghy Road will meet Northern Ireland Secretary Chris Bryant and PSNI Chief Constable Jon Boutcher this morning for talks after thousands of protesters blocked the street in Portadown in a bid to prevent a contentious Orange Order parade passing.
