Liverpool Annie was a prostitute working around the docks in the 1960s. She used to bathe topless in the Liffey to wash herself.Anyone remember her?

Anybody remember the fellow who used to march around the liberties in in the 50's wearing full British army battle dress including backpack? I think he had tattoos on his temples.
I google because I'm not young enough to know everything.
