Just as a matter of curiosity, is Dev's vice act still there or has it been repealed. I am trying to imagine anybody trying to enforce it today

Oul Dev again, he the failed priest turned politician and along with John Charles McQuaid the fiddler ruled with draconian laws....what a pair of plonkers...both carried more baggage that a mountain mule..."God Save Ireland" was right....but nothing could escape those two hoors Call me old fashioned but those two were worse that the Scourge of the Transvaal.
