The cute whores here voted against ... but knowing their vote wasn't going to change the overall result as it was a ' done deal ' with the numbers who were to vote in favour ............ but looks good to their constituents [ rural ] , that be my slant on it [ could be way off the mark ] ......... thought it has to go to all M.E.Ps to ratify [????] .
