I always thought if something was "viral" it couldn't be treated with antibiotics- they'd only be used for a bacterial infection, though I suppose
things can start with a virus (like a cold) and then you might develop a
      chest infection.

different rules now you can get anti biotics for viral seemingly or maybe you cant !!!!!!!!!!! if the docs dont know ........

I had a screaming week,my sump pump under the house stopped working .then air conditioning quit, thankfully my landlord had it fixed fastish,my car started leaking oil, just had oil change and new filter took it back to wal mart they said I had a leak in oil pan,to take it somewhere else.I did, and they said walmart had left a cap loose.....but my cv joint was throwing out grease etc and needed replacing, which would cost around 275 dollars.myself and my daughter sat there for almost 6 hours,as things went from bad to worse, they had to get the new part delivered from across town ,took ages, the old one came off but the couldn't get it apart, took it across town to another store,it still would not budge, needed a new one,so...we had no way home and it would not be ready until today(maybe) so we waited until they closed so the mechanic could take us home.his car was covered in oil so we were filthy.but grateful to get home,115 degrees outside.well my car will be ready to pick up tomorrow, but now the cost is almost $600 .and I burned my fecking arm with the kettle last night.well I suppose things could be worse eh?
