  • O'Brien Family of Deane Street

Is there anyone here with experience in Dublin? I have been having a hard time with my 4th great grandfather, Murrough (Marrogh, Morrough - spelled a million ways) O'Brien of Dublin. He was married to Bridget O'Meara and they had at least two children that I know of - Sarah, born about 1840, and John, born 1850. Their children were baptized at St. Nicholas and I know they lived at 11 Deane Street. Sarah is my 3rd Great grandmother and I did locate her marriage rec in 1858 to Edward McCartin. I would love to be able to locate anything else on Murrough. I don't know when he was born, where, siblings, occupation, marriage date or death date. I think he might have been buried in Glasnevin and I did locate someone in there who is a possibility, but since he is buried alone I can't confirm without a death date. I know this is a lot to take in, but that's what we do - research multiple lines at a time, right? Thanks to anyone who might be able to help!
