I mentioned that in a broader sense....As far as I know the Foreign Office makes the Foreign decisions and the Minister tries to achieve them.. Regarding Boris, I accept (often reluctantly) who is in charge of the Country...My preference (and it always has been) is a government of unity when the best man or woman is chosen for the job regardless what party they belong to....If that happens then I just may use my right to vote (even thoguh that means I would have to fill out a form... God Forbid!!!!!)
