Yes, Vicky Leandros sang it in 1967 for Luxembourg. It was the year Puppet on a String won and L'Amour est Bleu only came about 4th I think which was a total travesty. I adore the Vicky Leandros version and had it on my playlist at my party the other week so have been playing it quite a lot lately!
