I looked at the interview of Michael Barrymore and Piers Morgan and it was sad. I remember how funny he was and indeed even during the interview his humour showed. Sad the way his life turned and although he tried to keep it together he eventually broke down. Guess being gay years ago was unaceptable thankfully that has changed, I hope he gains something from the show

His whole career went bellyup after the night the young man died at his home. He had been first choice to present Strictly Come Dancing which was in the pipeline at that stage but obviously they couldnt give it to him then and Bruce Forsyth was brought in.
