CBD oil is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant, then diluting it with a carrier oil like coconut or hemp seed oil. It's gaining momentum in the health and wellness world, with some scientific studies confirming it may ease symptoms of ailments like chronic pain and anxiety.

I have CBD balm son got it for me as a Christmas gift, I have golfers elbow and it helps when the pain is very bad, tried the oil but it did not work for me
probably did not try it for long enough, the balm is 50 euro but so far has last 4 months and still plenty left, neighbour uses the balm on his knees and says he can not walk in the morning without it

Yes Breda it took me a while to get used to it I get two good size bottles for seventy euro in Holland and Barrett they have their one cent sale where you pay one cent for the extra bottle. It helps me sleep and also If I have a pain or an ache I find it great, I also get the odd panic attack the result of an accident I had years ago, For that they are great, A few seconds under the tongue and you soon feel the benefit.

I have to say my daughter in Canada can buy cannabis legally from her pharmacy but I doubt it will ever be legal here.
She uses it to bake biscuits etc. I have to say I have these two bottles over a year and still a long way to go. Sure its only a few drops under the tongue, One day I accidently but a large amount under my tongue. I phoned the pharmacy who laughed and said look it will do you no harm, you just can't have oto much of a good thing. Its one medication I would not be without, Once I have it I don't need it sort of like a crutch

See RTE are Putting on movies to help people stay at home. They are not advertised in the newspaper or I doubt the RTE guide. Tonight they showed Circle of Friends by Meave Binchy, I watched some time ago. I find it hard to watch stuff when I know the ending, But if you have never seen it its quite good for an Irish movie it

Just read through the various updates on how things are here, I cannot find good news at all. It is depressing to say the least

Well Vico it would be lovely to know the worst is over but its so uncertain, At one the news on RTE was that forty five per cent of the deaths were in Nursing homes but they did say hospital admissions were down, Tonight on tele two hours of Children in Need that is generally very entertaining.

Please God we can soon go out into the world without fear,

I have been told and I am not sure its true but countries beside Wuhan like Beijing had no cases of the Corona and that to me seems very strange

Yes it will be nice to be able to go out again. But my comment was not just the health situation, but about attacks and burglaries etc.

I would think there is less now the Virus is here, But there are a lot of very unscrupulous people around. The sun shining helps, Most days my Daughter and I sit in the lovely sun with a glass of beer and soak up Vitamin D but I think if it were over I would go around hugging people I don't even like

My Hair looks like shite I wish the hairdressers were back I have the Boris Johnston hairstyle, My daughter is five foot eleven she makes me feel like a midget

I know what you mean Joan, like yourself I am not tall. I am the only member of the family without height

                    • Vico at five five I was considered tall in my youth, my friends ranged from five foot to five two, But as the years go on kids get taller and taller my son is six four.

Now Vico when I wear car to bar shoes I am tall, But I really don't do that now. Don't want to break my neck, We had been painting my chairs and I am full of paint, But one must keep busy.

I get up each morning and its bitter sweet, I have nothing to do and all day to do it. I lie in bed enjoying that feeling but sad I have nothing to do. I feel a bit like my seven year old grandson who said he hates the virus but he loves he doesn't have school

Off again now for my walk, better wear the feckin mask. Having family next door can be great or it can be shite no happy medium

I wore my mask when I went for my walk last night. I only met one person but he was not wearing a mask. Today I saw lots of doggie walkers through the window, but not one of them was wearing a mask

                          • I do not have a mask so do not wear one, gave up on gloves as my hands are in a sorry state from washing and wearing gloves, as the virus can enter the body through the eyes also I think a visor would be preferable to me. I keep as far away from people as possible.

A visor would be excellent Bigby if you could get your hands on one

                              • I ordered two fabric masks online for shopping as more people seem to be wearing them as not now and if everyone wears them in certain situations they can help to limit spread. I've held off from wearing one up to now but I thought if I have to wear one it might as well be a pretty one so I've got 2 flowery ones!
